Brian Miller is a seasoned business leader with over two decades in business development, operations, HR and strategic partnerships. In 2004, he co-founded United Technology Group (UTG), an Atlanta-based Managed IT Services Provider, growing the company to 50 employees before its sale in 2019. At UTG, Brian utilized the EOS Framework, serving as Visionary and later as Integrator.

After selling UTG, Brian founded Focustrac, where he has spent the last five years offering fractional leadership, recruiting, assessments, and leadership team coaching. He specializes in helping EOS-run companies enhance growth and efficiency.

Brian lives in Duluth, GA, with his wife of 26 years, Kelli. They have 2 children, and a miniature dachshund named Peanut. The family is active at North Point Community Church, serving in children's ministry and as small group leaders. Since 2020, Brian and Kelli have also supported Heirborn Servants, a nonprofit providing transportation for single moms, and are donate to various causes & nonprofits via the Miller Charitable Fund.
